This highly entertaining recipe booklet, original cost 15 cents, replaces the starch in dozens of recipes with...waffles. Of course.

Just imagine ANY recipe, but replace the starch with WAFFLES. For example, biscuits, corn bread, cookies, doughnuts, sandwiches. It has recipes which replace the bread with waffles, and recipes which cut the crusts off and press the sandwich in the iron.

The classiest recipe appears to be Waffles With Asparagus, which is waffles, boiled asparagus, and lemon sauce.

I'd say you should definitely get the booklet, but you almost don't need the booklet. For example, if you already have a cookbook that tells you how to separately make waffles, boil asparagus, and butter sauce, then you know how to make Waffles With Asparagus.
